A Face In The Photograph

A face in the photograph,
As she begins to laugh.
Suddenly becomes a frozen thought,
Because you can freeze time,
Behind the camera lense.
So the past isn't left to rot.
Breathing in the cool air,
Wipping through her wild hair,
And her eyes a distant green.
Far away from me.
A silent reverie,
A memory.
